Worship
For more details on upcoming Sunday services, see our Liturgy page.
In the Anglican Church, the word liturgy describes the patterns, forms and words through which public worship is conducted. Vibrant images seek to connect the Biblical tradition with people's own experiences. Christian life as a journey is a key concept - one in which those as yet uncommitted to the faith are also invited to join.
The prayer books provide a common framework and common structures for services in the Anglican Church. However, a variety of prayers and resources are available for use within those common structures. This allows our church to tailor services to our own setting, culture and needs.
